The Nativs

The final product is a website providing sports experiences n cateories such as water sports, earth sports and sky sports. The use can easily find and search for the adventure they desire, while the host can access the dashboard to manage profile, new adventures, bookings and reviews/comments.

The goal of the project is to launch  a new market plarform that allows users to book unique sports experiences throught local hostst, native citizens of a certain country and discover unique places while being active ! Also provide new job opportunities for everyone who is passionate about their country and shares the desire to show its beauties.

ESTABLISHING KEY AUDIENCES

It’s vital in this project development to have a well-defined audience, that will ensure all the design functionality and content decisions are targeting the right people.

JOURNEY MAP

The easiest way to understand behavior is through journey map was used to extract what people were doing (behaviours) and feeling ( positive and nefative) based on their objectives. I then grouped and prioritised the behaviours by those most frequently identified.

OUTCOME

Before handing over the research I engaged with stakeholders for feedback and their inputs, before proceeding forward with the design process. It was necessary to identify and prove or disprove our assumptions, find commonalities across our target audience members, and recognize their needs, goals, and mental models. The next phase was to create an early prototype and test with users so that I could prioritise content, functionalities, and intended behaviours. It was important to determine the information hierarchy of the design while making it easier to plan out the content and user experience.

Cadre App

CHALLENGE

Design a non social media platform for events and memories that can be shared with the closest ones, being at the same time private and easy to access.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT ABOUT?

The platform aims to target all family generations allowing them to create memories forever and transfer money, anywhere in the world.

ESTABLISHING KEY AUDIENCES

Interviewing users has helped me identify the right audience for the product and characteristics of study participants. Primary aucience : Constant travellers, couples. Secondaty aucience: Established families

CONDUCTING USABILITY TESTS

I make use of users testing to explore potential solutions during the design process or test if users know how to create and manage their memories. Watching users try to accomplish tasks on early prototypes is the most effective and efficient way to uncover usability problems.

OUTCOME

By collating all design material and usability testing I gained a better understanding of what needs to be changed and enhanced, including sitemaps, functionalities and visual elements.

Jardin App

CHALLENGE

The idea of JardinApp has started from the need to create a recipe sharing platform for beginners and expert gardeners where everyone could discuss gardening.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT ABOUT?

The platform aims share personal methods and tips of planting where gardeners with experience can leave notes/comments and read more about alternative techniques of growing a vegetable.

ESTABLISHING KEY AUDIENCES

JardinApp community are people who want start gardening and need advice to grow their first plants. But also, gardeners with more experience willing to share their gardening methods and help others.

CONDUCTING SURVEYS

By collection quantitative data it was possible to come up with conclusions and idealise hypothesis. Survey reports helped to understand what are the main queries about gardening as well as current pain points.

OUTCOME

After testing several wireframes and receiving feedback from stakeholders, final ideas came to a validation providing a product with educational experiences for all generations where everyone shares love, care and gets united to make a difference for a greener world. The user can access recipe methods through filters, most rated and newest recipes, saved recipes. All recipes are open for the user to leave comments with tips or ideas.
